Current Research

At the moment, I’m testing how providing varying degrees of semantic information in scene search previews affects search efficiency and learning rate. This is a follow-up to my Master’s research which you can find here.

Computational modeling

• I’m working on improving my implementation of the exemplar-based random walk (EBRW) model with a perceptual frontend (VGG16). See our proceedings paper at this year’s meeting of the Cognitive Science Society!
  
• I’ve started working with Dr. Keisuke Fukuda for my outside project, combining behavioural measures, EEG, and drift-diffusion modeling (DDM).
